World Wire Cables
Project QU5227
Make Good Warehouse Solutions (MGWS Group) is proud to announce the successful refurbishment and handover of 24 Lancaster Street, Ingleburn, to World Wire Cables Pty Ltd.
This project involved a comprehensive restoration of the 5,168 m² site to a premium industrial standard.
Exterior works included extensive concrete kerb and drive slab patching, boundary fence and gate repairs, landscaping, and a full two-coat repaint of all concrete panels, bollards, and handrails.
Internally, the facility underwent a deep warehouse scrub, washdown of metal-clad walls, and specialized slab repairs—including resin-filling expansion joints and core-drilling old dynabolt holes.
The office and foyer areas were modernized with new carpeting, retreated timber entry stairs, and a complete internal repaint of all walls, doors, and doorframes.
From replacing damaged metal cladding and downpipes to critical infrastructure upgrades like the main switchboard replacement and 100% lighting compliance, MGWS has delivered a high-quality, move-in-ready facility.
