Project 5394 represents one of the largest and most technically demanding buyback and trade-in projects ever delivered by Make Good Warehouse Solutions (MGWS Group).
Delivered within a strict demolition programme in coordination with Delta Demolition, this project required precise planning, strong site leadership, and full compliance with OH&S and safety regulations.
The scale and complexity of this project required disciplined execution, detailed staging, and tight coordination with all stakeholders to meet deadlines safely and efficiently.
Scope Delivered by MGWS
- Managed up to 40 personnel on site daily to meet the aggressive 5-week deadline
- Operated a fleet of 15 scissor lifts and 12 forklifts simultaneously
- Coordinated logistics for 88 B-Double semi-trailers for material removal
- Full CAD layout plans and elevation drawings provided to document original engineering scale
- Strict adherence to critical demolition timeframes and site safety requirements
- Professional dismantling, strapping, and packing in accordance with Australian Standards
- Complete OH&S compliance maintained throughout the duration of the project

The site featured premium Colby Storage Solutions heavy-duty pallet racking, engineered for high-capacity industrial use.
- 45,872 pallet positions dismantled and removed
- 3,260 Total Frames (Assorted 110mm column frames)
- 42,694 Total Beams (Colby Beams L2590 x 110 x 4H)
- Bay load capacity of up to 18 tonnes
- Integrated Protection: Included Heavy-Duty Protect-a-Rack Upright Protection Systems

In addition to the pallet racking, MGWS handled the decommissioning of a high-density Carton Live Storage (CLS) system:
- 600 levels of Carton Live Storage
- 25 rollers per level
- Fully dismantled and professionally prepared for redeployment
