For Project QU5172, MGWS delivered the complete dismantling, trade-in, and make-good requirements for the 10,400 Sqm in Building Area and 18,057 Sqm in Land area, Melbourne Airport facility, located at 130–138 Link Road, Melbourne Airport, VIC 3045

Pallet Racking Removal & Trade-In

• Dismantling and trade-in of 6,000 pallet positions of SK8 Dexion Speedlock
• Removal and transportation of all racking components from site
• Extraction of screw-in anchors and reinstatement of 1,400 holes
using 2-Pack Hilti epoxy systems

Internal Warehouse Works

• Complete warehouse clean and floor scrub of 10,400 sqm
• Internal wall pressure washing
• Removal of QR code stickers across warehouse floor
• Repairs to roller doors, quick-release curtains, and plastic window panels
• Replacement of rubber dock bump stops across 5 loading docks

Office, Amenities & External Works

• Deep clean of office, kitchen, and toilet facilities
• Vinyl floor polishing across walkways and lunchroom
